Evergreen Estates is an independent living, personal care retirement community located east of Lancaster in the Bridgeport area on 1300 East King Street. Evergreen Estates is locally owned and operated and is the sister home of Country View Manor where since 1986, our unsurpassed reputation will continue to be your peace of mind. We provide several different types of suites (some with gas fireplaces and more!) as well as studio and semi private accommodations.
