When it comes to the care we provide our residents, we are unconditionally committed to providing the same loving care we would expect in a home where our own parents and loved ones would live. We strongly believe that this is by far, the single most important attribute here at Evergreen Estates (just ask our residents and their families!). However, when it comes to the level and type of services, which we provide, Evergreen Estates is very unique and different from many other retirement homes. How are we so unique? Quite simply, because of our philosophy of overstaffing we can assure you that your parent or loved one will always receive all of the attention and care that has been planned for them as part of their care plan. Also, we do not charge any processing fees, application fees, or any upfront fees at all. Thus, we highly recommend when you are looking at different retirement homes, that you insist upon something in writing that lists any and all extra charges you or your loved ones may incur for anything which is not included in your fixed, monthly (daily) rate. Remember to add in all of the upfront fees that you will be paying elsewhere. Because it is so very important that you educate yourself about this subject before choosing a home for you or your loved one, on the back of this page we have a checklist for you to use when inquiring and gathering information. Please feel free to make copies of this checklist as needed. Remember, the more thorough you are now, the happier you will be later!
